The former fiance of North Dakota Superintendent of Public Instruction Kirsten Baesler was placed on administrative leave after making a phone call to a radio talk show during work hours.
A statement from Bismarck Public Schools says Todd Tschosik violated district policy with the call Tuesday. He was put on leave for the rest of Tuesday, and KFGO radio reports the leave was extended for a second day Wednesday.
