Folic Acid could Reduce Risk of Stroke

A study published in the Journal of the American Medical Association has suggested that folic acid can reduce the risk of heart stroke, especially in the case of people having hypertension.

In the research conducted in China, combined use of enalapril, an anti-hypertension drug, and folic acid for long term has proven to be an effective treatment to reduce the risk of first stroke.
