Fish Intake During Pregnancy: New Study Says That There is no Need to be Worried

Fish are rich sources of nutrients like omega-3 fatty acids, the B vitamins and lean protein. Therefore according to the J.J. Strain, PhD of the University of Ulster, in Ireland, and his colleagues, consuming fish during pregnancy was thought to be beneficial to both the would-be mother and baby.
