First Monarch Butterflies Sighted in Northern Border state of Coahuila

This year, a change of pattern has been seen in the migration of monarch butterflies. The first monarch butterflies have been noticed entering Mexico earlier than usual, shared Luis Fueyo, the head of Mexico's nature reserves.

The first butterflies were seen in the northern border state of Coahuila. Generally, the monarch butterflies arrive in Mexico in October from America and Canada. However, this time scientists are seeing them in Mexican territory earlier than the general trend.
