The Illinois High School Association says they've discovered some of the earliest high school basketball film footage around.

The film shows action from IHSA state basketball finals from 1932 to 1936. It was an era when high school basketball players in Illinois had no numbers on their jerseys and when there was no center line. Rules required a jump ball each time a team scored.
