Film about Cherokee language opens at museum

A film about the effort to save the Cherokee language is making its premiere at the N.C. Museum of History in Raleigh.

The film titled "First Language - the Race to Save Cherokee" will open Friday night at the museum. The 56-minute film will be followed by a discussion.
