DETROIT Fiat Chrysler Automobiles (FCAU.N)(FCHA.MI) and Nissan Motor Co Ltd (7201.T) said on Monday their U.S. July sales outstripped expectations on the strength of sport utility vehicles sales.
Fiat Chrysler said sales rose 6 percent on the strength of Jeep SUVs. Nissan said U.S. sales rose 7.8 percent.
