Feds arrest 2 refugees on terror charges in California, Texas

Federal officials said Thursday that two men, including one who came to the U.S. as a Syrian refugee, had been arrested on terrorism-related charges in California and Texas.

A criminal complaint unsealed Thursday accused 23-year-old Aws Mohammed Younis Al-Jayab, of Sacramento, Calif., of traveling to Syria to fight alongside terrorist organizations and lying to government investigators about it.
