Researchers from the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Human Nutrition Research Center on Aging at Tufts University in Boston conducted a study on three food chains between 1996 and 2013 to know about fast food nutrition. The study found that fast food portions have not changed in 18 years.
According to the researchers, they had analyzed four of the most popular foods sold at the three national food chains. The foods were: fries, cheeseburgers, sodas and grilled chicken sandwiches.
