ESA-Rosetta’s first craft to Land on Comet in November

A NASA spectrometer called 'Alice', in combination with the Europe Space Agency's Rosetta Spacecraft has been sending details about the space. The Rosetta will make history once again in November when its Philae Lander will become the first craft to land on a comet.

Churyumov-Gerasimenko, or Comet 67P, has been moving around the Sun every 6.5 years for billions of years. In 1969, it was discovered and is about two miles across and spins on its own axis every 12 hours.
