Electronic devices may cause lack of sleep in teens

A new study conducted on Norwegian teens show that electronic device use can cause a lack of sleep in teenagers.

After so many years of parents getting on their teens for spending too much time in front of a screen, it seems there is actual research to support why it is not good for teenagers to spend to much time in front of electronic devices.
