Egypt's highest appeals court has upheld the sentencing of two police officers to 10 years in prison each for the 2010 killing of a political activist in the port city of Alexandria.
Wednesday's ruling cannot be appealed. The officers were convicted in a retrial last year in a landmark case over the beating death of 28-year-old Khaled Said.
