Gladys, Recently my business partner has been dating a woman who works for a marketing research firm. For 9 years we've owned a company that makes an easy-to-use household cleaning liquid in a spray bottle. And although we have not gotten rich from our business we manage to make a decent living. However ever since he has been seeing this woman he has been hammering me about how important it is to hire a marketing research company to help us make more sales. I'm not interested in spending needless money, so I am asking you, is marketing research really helpful? And is this something that I can do myself? -- J.G.
When you have a product or service that you believe will benefit the public it becomes your duty to get it into the marketplace, and into the right hands and as quickly as possible. And marketing research can accelerate us getting there.
