The Ohio Department of Health wants health-care providers and public-health officials to treat suspected Ebola cases more seriously.
The department issued stronger quarantine protocols a day after the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention confirmed that infected Dallas nurse Amber Vinson had spent Oct. 10-13 in Ohio and flew on a commercial flight from Cleveland just before exhibiting symptoms.
