Eating white bread makes you more prone to obesity, study says

A recent study revealed that people who eat three to four slices of white bread a day face 40 percent greater risk of becoming overweight or obese than consuming a portion a week.

The Spanish researchers monitored over 9,000 young adults’ eating patterns for about five years to evaluate the impact of eating white bread.
