Eating Probiotics can lower Blood Pressure, says study

According to a new study, taking particular amount of probiotics for two months can be helpful in reducing the body’s blood pressure. Researchers of this study didn’t recommend replacing probiotics with the medications of blood pressure but suggested adding them in a regular diet to enjoy the benefits they provide.

Probiotics are the good bacteria and previously their effectiveness has been proved in digestive and immune system. They are mainly present in milk, cheese, and yogurt.
