I think everyone from our parents to the crazy trainers on the Biggest Loser espouse the benefits of breakfast. It’s the most important meal of the day. Some diets even have you consuming 30 grams of protein to kickstart your metabolism. Sorry, if I eat that much I’m going back to bed for a nap.

Have no fear breakfast skippers, it turns out you are being lied to about the importance of breakfast. New research is out saying that eating breakfast had no impact on snacking or portion sizes later in the day. I’m guessing they studied Americans.
