BUENOS AIRES, Argentina — Opposition candidate Mauricio Macri took an early lead over the ruling party contender in Sunday’s historic runoff to pick a replacement for outgoing President Cristina Fernandez, who along with her late husband dominated Argentine politics for 12 years.
