AMSTERDAM – The long-awaited conclusions of an international investigation into the cause of the crash of Malaysia Airlines Flight 17 will be published Oct. 13.
The Dutch Safety Board, which is leading the civil investigation into the plane crash in eastern Ukraine that killed all 298 people on board on July 17, 2014, announced the date Thursday. Relatives of the dead will be informed of the conclusions before the report's publication.
