Dubai's Dnata Buys Stake in Brazil Airport Services Firm RM

The company that runs Dubai-based airline Emirates says it has bought a majority stake in a Brazilian firm that provides ground handling services at two dozen airports in the South American country.

The Emirates Group's air services arm Dnata said Wednesday its deal to buy a controlling stake in RM Ground Services is the division's first acquisition in South America. Financial terms were not disclosed.
