A new study published in the January issue of the Journal of Nutritional Biochemistry revealed that drinking red grape juice or wine can help burn fat. It was found that the chemical found in grapes can slow the growth of fat cells, which means that grape juice or wine can help burn fat.

The results of the study are quite incredible, knowing how alcohol is always on the top of the list of banned foods when it comes to weight loss. But this new study may change the way people look at red wine.
