Researchers have found in a small and preliminary study that a double espresso consumed at bedtime may disrupt the body's internal cycle and leave you with a jet-lag like sluggishness the whole day ahead

Authors of a preliminary and small study say that drinking a double espresso at night could make your body suffer from a jet lag-style sluggishness during the day. The results of a preliminary study suggest that a cup of coffee at bedtime seem to disturb the natural internal clock of the body.
