Donald Trump has a new tax plan, and in it, he appears to have scrapped plans for a small-business tax cut that would have doubled as a boon to his own companies.
The Republican presidential nominee's updated tax reform proposal makes no mention of the apparently jettisoned provision, which he had long touted as critical for small businesses and growth, and instead only talks about cutting taxes for corporations.
