Lifestyle modification is usually the best way to get healthy. A shift in diet and a little more exercise is often enough for most people to get to a healthy weight or simply to improve their quality of life.

For people who are trying to work their way out of obesity, however, this might not be enough; at least, that is what a new study suggests.
