Sylvia's Enchilada Kitchen and Sylvia's restaurant serve three types of guacamole: Classic creamy; Picamole (chunky), and Frontera (create your own by adding as much onion, jalapeno and tomato as you wish). On National Guacamole Day, La Fisheria will offer five different guacamole options: natural; topped with pork cracklings; mashed with mango; with mushrooms; and with peanuts. La Fisheria, which has a hot new chef, Vidal Elias Murillo, is at 4705 Inker.
