Dietary Guidelines Advisory Committee drops warning regarding High-Cholesterol Foods

A new report issued by the Dietary Guidelines Advisory Committee no longer lists cholesterol as a 'nutrient of concern'. For almost four decades, the government warnings advised against having cholesterol-rich foods but with the new finding, things have taken a reverse turn.
