Delta resumes flying after computer outage but warns of more delays

Delta Air Lines became the latest carrier to cancel or delay hundreds of flights because of a computer problem, stranding fliers from Los Angeles to Hawaii and beyond.

The problems began early Monday morning with a power outage that rippled through the computer system for the world’s third largest airline, causing the cancellation of more than 450 flights and delaying many more. By mid-morning, the system was back online but delays were expected throughout the day...
