Delta Airlines has lifted its widespread grounding of flights blamed on a Monday computer outage, though cancellations and delays continued, the airline said in a statement.
Delta kiosks appeared to have started working again in Charlotte Douglas International Airport about 8:30 a.m., said an on-site witness.
