Delta gets Mexican OK for Aeromexico joint venture

MEXICO CITY – Mexico's anti-monopoly commission has approved a plan for a joint venture between U.S. carrier Delta Airlines and Mexico's Aeromexico, with conditions.

Mexico's federal commission on economic competition says the two companies can carry on with a new joint venture on flights between their nations. However, they must give up landing slots at Mexico City's highly congested airport.
