Decreasing Giraffe Population Could Result in Extinction, Scientists Says

Scientists and researchers have been monitoring the population of several species in order to determine the soon-to-be extinct animals. Although some are endangered, other more common animals are starting to show signs of dangerously decreasing population. A report from the Giraffe Conservation Foundation has indicated that the overall giraffe population has decreased by 40% over the past 15 years and is still declining. Giraffe’s are known by many and almost no one thinks of them as possibly going extinct. However, scientists and researchers have commented that it could be entirely possible.
