Decrease in Libido means you need more sleep

Men find it hard to read the libido of their partners. Sometimes, women are in the mood but in some cases, they are not. Researchers from University of Michigan Medical School want to understand this unusual pattern, and help women increase their libido.

In their recent study published in the Journal of Sexual Medicine, the researchers directly linked increased libido with more hours of sleep.
