Daniel Fleetwood, the terminally ill man whose dying wish to see Star Wars: The Force Awakens was granted last week, has died at age 32. Rest in peace my love. This was the last selfie we ever took together. ‪#‎forcefordaniel."

Daniel, a Star Wars fan since childhood, had been diagnosed with spindle cell sarcoma, a rare connective tissue cancer. In July, doctors gave him two months to live, meaning it was unlikely he would make it until the film's Dec. 18 release date.
