Culinary competition takes show on road with Cochon 555

Pork lovers will want to mark Feb. 8 on their calendars. That is the day Cochon 555 rolls into town.

Organizers call it a "one-of-a-kind traveling culinary competition and tasting event to promote sustainable farming of heritage pigs. The event will spotlight "five chefs, five pigs, five winemakers."
