Corden going for 'warmth' as new CBS late-night host

PASADENA, Calif. - It's once again a time of upheaval in late-night TV, something that seems to happen with increasing regularity, probably because there's an ever-increasing number of late-night shows being made.

In 2009, NBC had its dustup when Conan O'Brien replaced Jay Leno as host of "The Tonight Show," only to have O'Brien replaced by the return of Leno less than a year later.
