Consuming Fish while being pregnant healthy for your child

The U.S Food and Drug Administration FDA recently advised pregnant women and breastfeeding women to consume more fish as it has tons of advantages. Even the U.S Environmental Protection Agency has in the past advised pregnant women to eat maximum amount of fish during pregnancy, with no minimum amount stated. But now they say that should eat two to three servings of fish per week.
