Congress Rushes to Increase Funding to Combat Ebola

Hours after the head of the National Institutes of Health declared that the United States would have already produced an Ebola vaccine if federal health budgets had not been slashed over the past decade, Congress is scrambling to increase funds to try and combat the deadly virus.
