Commuters on San Francisco BART could have been exposed to Measles

Commuters on San Francisco's Bay Area Rapid Transit system (BART) may have been exposed to the highly infectious virus after a person contagious with measles travelled to and from work for three days last week.

Local public health officials said that commuters who rode between San Francisco's Lafayette and Montgomery stations on during the morning and evening from February 4, 5 and 6 may have come in contact with the patient before diagnosis.
