Comet Lovejoy Lights Up the Sky for the 1st time in 11,000 Years

For the first time in eleven thousand years a glowing green comet that will have a huge tail will be seen streaking across the inner circle of the solar system. The comet will offer a night-time lightshow and it may even be visible to the naked eye. Since December Comet Lovejoy has brightened the Northern skies and is now expected to reach its peak in the next few days.

According to astronomers the comet is now so much bright and visible to the naked eye in theory. People who want to watch it may like to bring their pair binoculars in order to pick out the comet’s long and streaming green tail.
