Comcast apologizes after Washington state customer Ricardo Brown's bill called him 'A--hole Ricardo'

Lisa Brown said her family’s bills started coming addressed to 'A--hole Ricardo' after she called to change her contract so as to reduce her bill. The company apologized to the family and refunded them the full bill for two years of service.

A major cable provider was forced to apologize after its mailings referred to a customer as an "A--hole" after the man's wife cancelled part of their service.
