Colorado Facing the Wrath of West Nile Virus This Monsoon

The rains that help keep the state of Colorado green are apparently causing the side effects or say brooding of what is being called as the West Nile Virus carrying mosquitoes. In a recent follow up of numerous cases being reported rapidly, the Toledo Area Sanitary District authorities have showed concern while citing that it is not unusual if the mosquitoes are tested positive for the WN virus.

Though the authorities have suggested prevention in order to prevent this virus’s transmission to people. They have suggested their citizens to protect themselves from mosquito bites by applying repellent creams while heading outdoors and try wearing long and covered clothing.
