The owner of the San Francisco Bay Area nightclub where five people were injured in a shooting during a Chris Brown show has temporarily lost his entertainment permit.
San Jose police say the Fiesta Nightclub received a 60-day suspension of the permit as well as a concurrent suspension of the owner's liquor license by the Alcohol Beverage Control. The suspensions begin Friday. A concert scheduled for the same day has been cancelled.
