Climate change pushes deadly viruses into environment

Ebola killed tens of thousands of people worldwide and the world was shocked by the outbreak of the deadly disease. And now, according to a new research, climate change could lead to similar global outbreaks.

Zoologist Daniel Brooks said in a paper published today in a British journal that Ebola and the West Nile are only two viruses among the many that have lately spread into unexpected places. Fluctuations in climate have driven species into new environments, he added.
