Cincinnati Music Hall project wins $25M tax credit

The planned renovation of Cincinnati's Music Hall has won a $25 million historic tax credit, buoying supporters who hope that spurs more private donations toward the project.

The city icon is considered one of the country's most endangered historic places. Counting the tax credit, The Cincinnati Enquirer ( ) reports nearly $100 million has been raised or committed for the effort. About $25 million more is sought, probably from private donors.
