Chocolate classes for young cooks

Stefano Zullian, owner and chocolatier at Araya Artisan Chocolate, is sharing his passion and knowledge with kids ages 6 and older in a series of classes at her sweet laboratory. After learning about the history of chocolate, kids will make their own chocolate bars using nuts, dried fruits, spices, candies and sprinkles.

It's an unlikely setting for a food class, but we'll go anywhere for wine and cheese. The Houston Arboretum and Nature Center will be the setting for "Cheeses From Around the World."
