Thankfully, this didn’t transition into one of James Corden’s characteristic Carpool Karaoke bits. Because I’m not sure I have enough coffee in my system to handle Corden, J.J. Abrams and Candace Payne singing the Ewok theme song from Return of the Jedi while wearing Chewbacca masks from Kohl’s. But the idea that a scruffy Abrams was willing to hop into Corden’s show car and give Payne direction is just the right level of "cute" to allow this viral sensation to ride the last of her 15 minutes.
