Ceres: Bright Spots Back in View, NASA's Dawn Sent Images (SEE THEM HERE)

The two bright spots on the icy dwarf Ceres that have fascinated scientists are back in view and Dawn took advantage of the chance to snap some photos.

As NASA's Dawn spacecraft gets closer, the images of Ceres get better with higher resolution and attention to landscape details. On April 14 and 15, Dawn took images of Ceres' bright spots from a vantage point 14,000 miles (22,000 kilometers) above Ceres' north pole.
