CDC: Processed and Packaged Foods contain too much Salt

CDC (The US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention) has conducted a study according to which the packaged and processed foods which we buy from grocery stores have an amount of salt much higher than the one recommended by federal guidelines. Only half of the packaged foods met the FDS (US Food and Drug Administration) “healthy” label.
