On Wednesday, the Center for Disease Control issued guidelines for the evaluation and testing of infants with possible Zika virus, which has been linked to birth defects in babies.

CBS News' Dr. Jon LaPook says the medical community in the U.S. is watching Zika closely because it has now spread to more than 20 countries around the world with more than a million cases in Brazil alone. Pregnant women are being warned not to travel to these places.
