CDC Heads for Indiana as HIV Outbreak Hits Crisis Levels

Indiana State Department of Health officials have reached out to federal experts for the urgent assistance needed to quell an accelerating HIV outbreak already declared a public health crisis. Along with 55 confirmed cases across the state’s southern regions, another 13 suspected cases have yet to be official added to the tally.
