US defense secretary Carter will try to explain to the Iraqis how the mysterious [ineffective] US anti-terrorist plan will [somehow] degrade and [finally] defeat all the terrorists in the world, by bombing a few suspected terrorist leaders, [and using sanctions and embargos on the others], while completely ignoring the tens of thousands of Sunni Muslim ISIL terrorist army fighters that are expanding everywhere, and ignoring all the other terrorist fighters in the world too? .. and with a straight face? .. Still promote the US anti-terrorist plan that's a hoax, a joke, and a sham? .. was he laughing? Nobody can explain how the US anti-terrorist plan could defeat [any] terrorist group anywhere in the world? .. but Carter will try convincing a skeptical Iraq it can work? .. and Carter will try convincing Iraq to allow US warplanes, drones, and US trainers to stay in Iraq, and allow them to sit in on the Iraqi war plans, and provide their advice on how to defeat the terrorists, [even though the US has never ever defeated any terrorist group [no matter how small] anywhere in the world? .. Crazy isn't it?
